In Apatitsky city court consideration of criminal case against Michael Antropov has begun

Past Tuesday in Apatitsky city court consideration of "loud" criminal case has begun, defendant on which there passes operating town governor Michael Antropov. We will remind, by summer of 2009 concerning it it has been raised at once three business: under article 315 UK the Russian Federation «Default of the decision of court», article 286 UK the Russian Federation «the Excess of official powers made by the head of local government» and article 160 UK the Russian Federation «Assignment or the waste made by organised group or in especially large size». The court was reached by two of them as the consequence has refused charges in assignment or waste. The remained two episodes have united.
Investigation «Antropov's business» has been finished in February, 2010. During the subsequent period of time the mayor got acquainted with an evidence. However in investigatory committee at Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation this information steadily denied, declaring, that the court will necessarily take place.

Interrogation will conduct roughly till September, 20th then judicial debate will begin, and then – the decision on guilt or Michael Antropov's innocence is accepted. The only thing that has changed – from a post of the assistant to the head it has left on a post of its assistant. Inspectors consider, that Michael Antropov has been obliged to dismiss Olga Savelyev from administration, and time of it has not made, hence, has broken the law.

On a version of the investigation, having signed in June, 2007 the decision about cession of rights and duties under contracts of power supply MUP «Apatitsky energosbytovaja the company», the mayor has fallen outside the limits the powers defined by laws and the Charter. In investigatory committee consider, that the decision contradicts norms of the legislation, besides it was accepted without an economic substantiation, without carrying out of competition and without the coordination with Council of deputies.
